How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your MotivateMe Premium subscription at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Note: Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. You'll still have access to the free version of MotivateMe after your premium subscription ends.
Canceling through the App Store
- Open the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Select Subscriptions
- Find and tap on MotivateMe in your list of subscriptions
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm your cancellation when prompted
Canceling on a Mac
- Open the App Store app
- Click your name or Apple ID in the bottom-left corner
- Click View Information at the top of the window
- Scroll down to Subscriptions and click Manage
- Find MotivateMe and click Edit
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
Canceling on the web
- Go to apps.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Account Settings
- Scroll to Subscriptions and click Manage
- Find MotivateMe and click Edit
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
