Requesting a refund

If you're not satisfied with your MotivateMe Premium purchase, you can request a refund through Apple. Please note that all refunds are handled directly by Apple, not by MotivateMe.

Important: Apple typically processes refund requests for purchases made within the last 90 days. The decision to approve or deny a refund is at Apple's discretion.

How to request a refund

Option 1: Through the App Store on iOS

  1. Open the App Store app on your iOS device
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Tap Purchased
  4. Find MotivateMe in your purchase history
  5. Swipe left on the purchase and tap Report a Problem
  6. You'll be redirected to Apple's website to complete your request

Option 2: Through Apple's website

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find your MotivateMe purchase in the list
  4. Click Report a Problem next to the purchase
  5. Select the reason for your refund request from the dropdown menu
  6. Provide a brief explanation in the comments field
  7. Click Submit

After submitting your request

  • Apple will review your request and make a decision, typically within a few business days
  • You'll receive an email notification about the status of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time for the refund may vary depending on your payment method
