Restoring premium features
If you've already purchased MotivateMe Premium but don't have access to premium features, you can restore your purchase to regain access.
How to restore purchases
- Open the MotivateMe app on your iOS device
- Go to the "Profile" tab in the bottom navigation
- Tap on "Premium" or "Subscription"
- Look for the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the screen and tap it
- Wait for the app to verify your purchase with the App Store
- If your purchase is found, your premium features will be restored immediately
Common reasons for locked premium content
Signed in with wrong Apple ID
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to purchase the subscription. To check:
- Open the iOS Settings app
- Tap on your name at the top
- Verify it's the correct Apple ID
Expired subscription
Your subscription may have expired. To check your subscription status:
- Open the iOS Settings app
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Look for MotivateMe in the list to check if it's active
App needs to be updated
Outdated app versions may have trouble recognizing current subscriptions. Make sure you have the latest version of MotivateMe installed from the App Store.
