Customizing themes and backgrounds

MotivateMe allows you to personalize your experience with beautiful themes and backgrounds that match your style and preferences.

Available theme options

MotivateMe offers several theme categories:

• Color Themes: Solid color backgrounds with complementary text colors
• Gradient Themes: Smooth color transitions that create a modern look
• Nature Backgrounds: Calming images from nature
• Abstract Patterns: Artistic designs that inspire creativity
• Minimalist: Clean, simple backgrounds that keep focus on the quotes

Note: Some premium themes are only available with a MotivateMe Premium subscription.

How to change your theme

1. Open the MotivateMe app on your iOS device
2. Tap on the "Settings" icon in the bottom navigation
3. Select "Appearance" or "Themes"
4. Browse through the available themes by swiping left or right
5. Tap on a theme to preview it
6. Tap "Apply" to set your selected theme

Using custom backgrounds

Premium users can use their own photos as quote backgrounds:

1. Go to "Settings" → "Appearance" → "Custom"
2. Tap "Choose from Photos"
3. Select an image from your photo library
4. Adjust the image position and zoom if needed
5. Choose a text color that contrasts well with your image
6. Tap "Save" to apply your custom background

Dark mode and light mode

MotivateMe supports both dark and light modes to match your iOS settings or personal preference:

1. Go to "Settings" → "Appearance"
2. Under "App Mode," select one of the following:
   • System Default (follows your iOS setting)
   • Light Mode
   • Dark Mode
